We know that you all have been waiting this for quite some time but trust us that it ain’t easy to come with an unanimous conclusion among the PROPCAFE Editors looking at how passionate & crazy we are in property!

Our Whatsapp Chat Group never been taking any rest since then ….

For days and nights, we have had been debating and still deciding for the

FY2012 Klang Valley Top 3 Best : Landed Residential and Highrise Residential

At this stage, the good news is all of us had finally agreed that ONLY project officially launched in 2012 ( OTP booking  not counted) and must be within Klang Valley. Even for this conclusion, it took quite a length discussion and now we have proceed to second stage of the process where to list all the criteria for the consideration in rating the project.

PROPCAFE also would like to hear your “Shout” too of your top 3 best development in 2012 before the final result is announced!

Let’s “shout” out  your favorites one in our comment column of this page!

But just to let you guys know in advance that our decision very unlikely to be influenced by your “shout” 🙂  ( we will  try our best at least not to be influenced by you guys! )

16th May 2013 –
PropCafe.Net is glad to announce that the finalisation process of our Editors’ Choice of Year 2012 has been completed. Our editors (7 of us) have decided to have a closed nomination this year, with a total of 10 landed and 16 highrise property developments being included in the final round.

The nominated property developments were then rated independently by every editor. The 10 rating factors are as follow:

(1) Location
(2) Pricing
(3) Development Concept
(4) Developer Reputation
(5) Accessibility
(6) Architectural Design
(7) Security
(8) Eco Friend/Green
(9) Landscape Masterplan
(10) Expected Quality

Different weightages have been assigned for each factor together with the scale from 1 to 9 across the board.

PROPCAFE editors decided to resume the fight among themselves to pick the best landed and highrise residential property of Year 2014. It was a tough battle. Similar to Year 2012, editors considered both ownstay, investment perspective and focus on (1) Location; (2) Pricing; (3) Development Concept; (4) Developer Reputation; (5) Accessibility; (6) Architectural Design; (7) Security; (8) Eco Friend/Green; (9) Landscape Masterplan; (10) Expected Quality. However, weightage was adjusted to skew a little bit more toward the pricing (worthiness) due to the theme of “Affordability” in Year 2014.
