这部落客在二月份开张以来，写了不少吉隆坡及雪州的房地产，鲜少涉及北部或南部的个别房地产，所以这个星期我们会把焦点放在槟岛 SETIA PEARL ISLAND （SPI） 的发展。由于某些资料取自发展商网页，我就不将它翻译，就原汁原味的 CUT AND PASTE

Isle of life and Aroma, 是发展商在2007年兴建的第一期3层排屋，建筑地为20X70, 建筑面积为2400 SQFT, 发展商的售价为650K, 2009年建好，现在的二手市价为960K 到 1 MIL 左右，升值潜能相当可观。LIFE & AROMA 的地势较低。
由于发展商必须履行30% 的房屋销售给土著，发展商挪出了 ISLE OF DISCOVERY 的地段来兴建廉价组屋，售价为42K, ISLE OF DISCOVERY 的地势虽高，但是毗邻华人义山，地理位置扣分，发展商将这地段拿来建廉价组屋，是合情合理的。

90% of units are come with unblock Harbour cum Airport view, except for the 2-3 units would be blocked by Reflection High rise Condo.
I was told that 35 pearl villa have attracted foreign purchasers/investors especially Singaporeans.
D) Caribea (Semi Dee)
Caribea is the last semi D and landed property developed by Setia Peal Island and only 8 units in total. It was launched in 2010 and completed end 2012.
It is also located at the highest spot of all the landed development in the entire Peal Island. The subsales price is around RM1.85 mil, any potential purchasers who interested to buy can contact the editor for details.
