Best Highrise Residential (FY2012)

PROPCAFE is glad to announce that the finalisation process of our Editors’ Choice of Year 2012 has been completed. Our editors (7 of us) have decided to have a closed nomination this year, with a total of 10 landed and 16 highrise property developments being included in the final round.

The nominated property developments were then rated independently by every editor. The 10 rating factors are as follow:

(2) Pricing
(3) Development Concept
(4) Developer Reputation
(5) Accessibility
(6) Architectural Design
(7) Security
(8) Eco Friend/Green
(9) Landscape Masterplan
(10) Expected Quality
Different weightages have been assigned for each factor together with the scale from 1 to 9 across the board.
