The first three phases of Bandar Rimbayu Penduline is targeted to be complete by the first quarter of 2018, consists of 470 units, 80% of which are already sold. Prospective buyers are now able to choose from houses with a built-up area of 1,771 sqft (Type A), 1,898 sqft (Type B) or 2,028 sqft (Type C) with prices starting from RM 694,800 for these double storey homes.
